Thank you for reaching out. I typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Because I am often photographing on weekends, Friday through Sunday inquiries may take 48 to 72 hours. We will then schedule a call or meeting to discuss your plans and build the right collection.
Where are you located?
Chic Dion Photography is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I photograph weddings, engagements, elopements, families, seniors, and special events throughout Colorado and am available for travel.
Do you travel for weddings and sessions?
Absolutely. I travel throughout Colorado and across the United States. Any travel costs will be clearly listed in your proposal based on the location, driving distance, schedule, and whether lodging or airfare is needed.
How much does photography cost?
Pricing depends on the session type, coverage time, location, number of photographers, and any albums, prints, video, or travel you add. Visit the Services page for current starting prices. After your inquiry, I will send a clear proposal built around your plans.
How do payments work?
A signed contract and 30% non-refundable retainer reserve your date. Your HoneyBook proposal will show the remaining payment schedule, due dates, and everything included in your collection.
How do we officially reserve our date?
First, complete the inquiry form above. After we discuss your plans, I will send your proposal, contract, and invoice through HoneyBook. Your date is officially reserved after the contract is signed and the 30% retainer is paid.
We feel awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?
Yes. Most of my clients say this at first. I will guide you with simple prompts, movement, and natural direction so you never have to wonder what to do. The goal is to help you feel comfortable while creating photographs that still feel like you.
Can we meet before booking?
Of course. Connection matters, especially for weddings. We can schedule a phone call, video meeting, or in-person consultation to talk through your vision, answer questions, and make sure we are a good fit.
When will we receive our photographs?
Full wedding galleries are typically delivered within 8 to 10 weeks. Portrait and engagement delivery times will be listed in your proposal. Your finished photographs are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints.
